Request Authorization

Contact our customer service team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

Pack Securely

Place the item in its original German factory packaging, ensuring all pendulums, weights, and decorative pieces are secured to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box, then drop the package off at any authorized UPS or FedEx location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our clock technicians inspect the returned item for original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
